On this page, you can easily view all of the data access requests associated with your DAC. In the table, by default, you can see the request date, fullname and email of the requester, the organisation to where it belongs, and the id of the requested dataset.
You can modify the table by clicking on the eye icon . It will display the column options. You can now select the columns you want to see in the table, it will be modified immediately!
To enter the communication section of the request, simply click on the corresponding row. Here you can see the requester message under the "User" tab. Additionally, you can now add an internal comment that only DAC members/admins will see under the “DAC” tab. This is a great way to follow the progress of another DAC member working on the request !
Here you can modify the latest version of the internal communication for that request by typing in the text box. You can also delete the comment by clicking the bin icon . Take into account that DAC comments are saved by request, not by DAC members/admin, therefore any change done in this section will overwrite the latest DAC message after submission. As long as the modifications are not submitted (APPLY), you can revert to the latest saved version of the comment by clicking the restore icon .
Proceeding with this action will replace the existing data. Please ensure that this is the intended decision before proceeding.
Proceeding with this action will permanently remove the data. Please ensure that this is the intended decision before proceeding.
You have made changes to the request table. If you proceed without committing them by clicking "APPLY," they will be lost. Do you want to continue anyway?
