The list we display the dataset accession number, the requester's username, the date the request was made, the current status of the request (green means accepted and red means declined). This information can help you identify any potential issues or discrepancies in the access to your data.
As you get more requests, it can get tricky to find specific requests. For this reason, you can filter your requests by user, dataset, and date. If you want to filter by a specific user you must type the full username or email Similarly, when filtering by dataset, you can use either the EGA ID (EGAD) or its title??. Finally, you can combine different filtering options to narrow down your search.
Also, you can revoke access to current permissions anytime. For that, you only need to click the revoke permission button on the right side of each row. Then, a message box will pop up for you to write the reason for revoking permissions.
Once you've made all the necessary changes to the permissions, click on the 'Apply' button to save your modifications.
